Professor Judith White received her PhD in social psychology from Harvard University and completed her training in organizational behavior as a postdoctoral fellow at the Dispute Resolution Research Center at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to graduate school, White earned a BA in economics from Indiana University and JD from Yale Law School. She was a member of the Massachusetts bar specializing in employment law and alternative dispute resolution. She has worked in public sector law and public interest law as an advocate and in the community as a certified volunteer mediator. She is currently Visiting Professor at Dartmouth College in Psychology and Brain Sciences.
