William E. Kidder Jr.
Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer
Bill Kidder joined Ledyard National Bank in March 2015 as Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender, responsible for Ledyard’s commercial banking, and was promoted to Senior Lending Officer joining Ledyard's Senior Management Team in June of 2016.
Prior to joining our team Bill spent six years at Merchants Bank as a Regional Manager and Vice President in the corporate banking department working out of Wilder, VT. In addition, Bill worked for three years at Citizens Bank, N.A. as a Vice President in commercial banking. He also worked in commercial banking for eighteen years at TD Bank, N.A., including its predecessors Banknorth and First Vermont Bank, most recently as a Vice President and commercial lender.
Bill graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.

Robert Christensen
Senior Vice President & Commercial Banking Officer
Robert Christensen serves the region’s business banking needs as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer. He oversees business development and management of commercial banking accounts in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire.
Prior to joining Ledyard, Bob spent over three years at People’s United Bank, most recently as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. His prior career also includes nine years at Dartmouth College as Associate Director of Real Estate.
Bob earned his MBA at Pennsylvania State University in University Park, and received his BS in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. He currently resides in Vermont.

Senior Vice President & Market Executive
Scott Laughinghouse joined Ledyard Bank as Senior Vice President and Market Executive responsible for growing Ledyard’s loan, deposit and investment portfolio in the Concord region. Scott brings over 30 years of broad-based banking experience to Ledyard, including 20 years in the Capital Region and central and southern New Hampshire.
Prior to his return to New Hampshire, Scott served as Chief Lending Officer at two community banks operating in and around New York City. He also held a variety of senior leadership positions with the former Lake Sunapee Bank and the Savings Bank of Walpole in Keene. His formal training and initial experience in the business began with Fleet Bank in Rhode Island where he became a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer.
Scott graduated from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and spent six years coaching college football and baseball before embarking on his successful banking career. He sat on the West Central Behavioral Health Board for seven years, during which time he was Finance Committee Chair; was a founding Board Member of Vital Communities and has been a member of Rotary International for seventeen years. He lives in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Meghan Wilkie
Vice President and Loan Resolution Officer
Meghan Wilkie joined Ledyard National Bank in April 2021 as Vice President and Loan Resolution Officer. She is responsible for Ledyard’s loan workout and managed assets portfolio, working with clients experiencing financial difficulty. With over 13 years in banking, a wide array of skills and deep ties to the area, Meghan understands the value of solution-orientated community banking.
Prior to joining Ledyard, Meghan spent six years at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager serving the greater Lake Sunapee and Upper Valley regions of NH. In addition, Meghan worked for four years at TD Bank, N.A. as Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager serving the Concord, NH market and two years as a Commercial Credit Analyst.
Meghan earned her MBA and received her BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She and her son currently reside in New London, NH.

Joe Scearbo
Assistant Vice President & Commercial Relationship Manager
Joe Scearbo joined Ledyard in June of 2020 as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager in their Commercial Banking Division with over 17 years of local banking and lending experience and expertise in business banking. In this position, Joe is responsible for strengthening and growing commercial client relationships in the Upper Valley and surrounding area.
Previously, he was a business banking relationship manager at Citizens Bank where he supported the lending and non-lending banking needs of business owners in the Upper Valley. His experience includes positions as business banking officer, residential loan officer, and branch manager.
Joe received his BS from Pensacola Christian College in Florida and is a 2018 graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies. He lives in Windsor, Vermont with his wife, Lacie, and two sons, Silas and Wade.

Cash Management Officer
Tori Wainwright joined Ledyard in August 2019 as Cash Management Officer in their Commercial Banking Division with over 10 years of local banking experience. In this role, Tori is passionate about building and strengthening business relationships through non-lending opportunities by implementing efficient cash management processes and providing customized support. Prior to joining Ledyard Tori had spent 3 years with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, and before that she was with Lake Sunapee Bank in various roles in Customer Service, iBanking Support and as Deposit Operations Auditor.
Tori received her BS in Banking and Finance from Cambridge College and is continuing her education with Cambridge College to receive her Masters in Operational Management. She currently resides in Charlestown, NH.
