Michael Parisi is a member of the Senior Management Team as Senior Vice President and Director of Sales and Product Development. Michael comes to Ledyard from Citizens Bank, where he was employed for the past 10 years. At Citizens Bank, he first held the position as a Branch Manager then promoted to Regional Manager, and most recently holding the position as Market Administration Manager. At Ledyard, Michael is responsible for the overall management of Branch Banking, including providing superior client service, hiring, training and staff development. Michael has a BS in Accounting from University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Fitchburg State University.

Nicolaas Bekker

Nicolaas Bekker has over 21 years of customer service experience beginning in the hospitality industry with the last 12 years in banking. He brings this experience to his position of Vice President & Branch Manager at Ledyard’s Norwich, Vermont branch. Nico’s dedication to providing excellent customer service matches Ledyard’s unparalleled personalized client service. Nico was born and raised in the Netherlands, earning his master’s degree in Film and Television Studies at the University of Amsterdam. He started his banking career in Fairfield County, Connecticut, after moving to the United States in 2003. Nico has been actively involved in the Upper Valley community since 2010. He served as the 2014-2016 president of the Rotary Club of White River Junction. Currently Nico is a member of the Norwich Lions Club and he continues to serve on the board of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce.

Katie Blake joined Ledyard in 2016 as Ledyard’s Branch Manager in New London. In her role as Vice President and Regional Retail Manager, Katie is responsible for managing the overall performance of Ledyard’s retail branches while continuing to manage the New London branch. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience and has been in the banking industry since 2012. Prior to joining Ledyard, Katie held supervisory roles at People’s United Bank, as well as Citizens Bank. Katie takes pride in providing customers with a consistent and exemplary customer service experience, as well as building their relationships. Katie has received recognition for her extensive and passionate participation in the Kearsarge community. She is the incoming President of the New London Rotary Club and serves on the board of the Lake Sunapee Regional Chamber of Commerce. Katie and her family live in Grantham, NH, lifetime residents of the Upper Valley.

Marina Burns joined Ledyard in 2020 as Vice President and Branch Manager of Hanover's Main Street and Lebanon Street branches, bringing with her more than 20 years of customer service experience. She began her banking career in 2012, progressing from Teller Manager to Relationship Banker, and most recently Branch Manager and Bank Officer with Citizens Bank.
Marina is a strong believer in creating lifelong relationships while providing sound advice and superior client experience. She is passionate about making a difference within the Upper Valley community in which she resides.

Over the last 5 years, Heather has steadily honed her branch management skills, building upon her financial services knowledge and experience. Prior to working at Ledyard Heather was the Sales and Service Supervisor at Peoples United Bank. Heather takes pride in building client relationships and providing superior client service.

Christos Hatzidakis joined Ledyard in 2020 as the Concord Branch Manager, bringing with him eighteen years of financial and banking experience. Previously, he was a Development and Strategy Manager at Citizens Bank, where he supported various business lines across the entire footprint, including collaborations with Private Banking, Business Banking and Lending. While at Citizens Bank he also spent time as a Branch Manager and licensed brokerage representative, during which time he enjoyed offering financial guidance and delivering the best experience possible for all clients of the bank. Prior to Citizens Bank he spent five years at MetLife helping clients with their short and long term financial planning and insurance needs. Chris received his BA from Colby College in Waterville, ME and his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Dave Landry comes to Ledyard Bank with over 35 years of customer service experience. He started his banking career in 2005 as a branch manager with Citizens Bank and most recently was an Area Manager with Mascoma Bank. Prior to that, Dave spent over twenty years with Sears Roebuck & Co. in various retail positions, including Sales Manager, Operations Manager, District Manager and Business Process Consultant. He is committed to ensuring that his customers feel valued and that they receive the exceptional service they deserve.
Dave moved to the Upper Valley in 1989 and has been highly involved in his community. He is a current board member and past President of the White River Junction Rotary Club, as well as a member of their Charitable Fund board. He is a current board member and past Board Chair of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce. Dave also serves on the community advisory board at the Hartford Area Career and Technology Center in their Business Administration program.
