Mike Urnezis

Michael Urnezis joined Ledyard in August of 2017 relocating from Rockford, Illinois and bringing with him over two decades of financial services experience. Prior to joining Ledyard, Mike co-founded Vision Mortgage & Insurance Group in 1999 with offices in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest which he managed until 2012 when Northwest Bank acquired the Group. Northwest Bank retained Mike as Vice President of Mortgage Banking and Business Development. Mike moved to Alpine Bank and Trust Company in 2014 as Vice President, Regional Mortgage Lending. At Alpine he developed and implemented a new wholesale mortgage banking channel designed for community banks in the Midwest. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University and has served on several nonprofit boards including the Rock River Chapter of the American Red Cross and The Parks Kiwanis. Currently, Mike is a member of the Hanover Rotary, the NH & VT Mortgage Banking Committees, and is enrolled in the 2019 class of Leadership Upper Valley through Vital Communities.

Edward Bidlack joined Ledyard in February of 2018 with over a decade of mortgage loan origination and expertise in all types of lending. He believes the key to establishing a great customer relationship is through honesty and treating each client’s individual experience with the utmost professionalism and suitability. In working with Ed, one can expect an educational and relatable element within each transaction at every point throughout the loan process. His personalized CARE (Communication, Availability, Reliability, Expectation) process provides a level of service that far exceeds a customer’s expectations. He feels honored helping his clients achieve their dreams of home ownership and assisting with what is potentially the largest and most important purchase they may ever make. Originally from Newport, RI, Ed is an alumnus of the University of Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Currently residing in New London, NH, he is passionate about education and donates much of his time to volunteering in his children’s schools along with youth sports. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, exercising, and spending quality time with his wife Kate and their two children, Ava and Reid.

Neal Meagher joined Ledyard in March of 2013 as Branch Manager of our New London branch, and was promoted to Mortgage Originator in 2016. Previous to his banking career, Neal had a successful career in the Retail Management field winning several awards for customer satisfaction, sales and profitability. Neal holds a degree in Business Administration from Hesser College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Granite State College, and enjoys taking continuing education classes for lifelong learning. He is an active real estate investor in the area. Neal and his family reside in Enfield, NH and enjoy numerous outdoor activities. He currently serves for the for the Town of Enfield as the Chair of the Board of Cemetery Trustees.

Tiffany Staples joined Ledyard’s Concord retail team in 2020 with over 5 years of financial services and retail banking. She has extensive experience in managing client accounts, uncovering financial needs and providing product and service recommendations specific to one’s individual needs. She believes open, honest communication is the foundation to a great client relationship.
Tiffany was promoted to Mortgage Loan Originator in 2021. Her passion for the mortgage industry and real estate reaches back twenty years. She understands purchasing a home can be one of life’s most important and emotional decisions. In working with Tiffany, one can expect trusted guidance that results in delivering a transaction that is respectful to her clients’ goals, budget and financial well-being.
Before joining Ledyard, Tiffany spent 20 years in retail management leading a continuously growing business. She has proven ability to coach, develop and inspire team members to provide exceptional customer service, leading by example demonstrating the importance of quality being measured by what customers receive in an experience, over what has been provided.
Growing up in New England, Tiffany appreciates everything this area has to offer. Tiffany lives in Strafford, NH with her husband Tim, son and 4 sweet, energetic Boxers. Her oldest son currently residing in Texas serving his 3
rd year in the United States Airforce. Tiffany is passionate about her community and takes pride in volunteering her time and support to local charitable organizations.
